Not sure if it's coincidence or not, but there are at least 12 of us waiting from that timeframe all with military backgrounds. They've stated order of CJO isn't determining how crew resources is filling classes, people with late march/early april have gotten dates now. So just playing the waiting game and hoping for the best.

Curious if anyone has a rough estimate on CJO pool.

Thanks, I'm a June CJO so buckling up for the wait. After the interview they stated that the pool is much smaller than last year obviously with the decrease in overall hiring but to still expect 3+ months minimum wait for a class.

Congrats on the Check-of-the-month-club. You'll like this place a lot more. Welcome!

Thaks FangsF15, I've heard it time and time again from friends who've joined the check of the month club, the grass is greener!

Do you happen to know how AON is graded? Is it possible to fail because of an average/low performance in just one module (sudoku)? thanks in advance.

I don't have the answer to your question. But did you just recently take it? Can you confirm which assessments they are using now. Based on previous post it seems like it's only Spatial Orientation, Deductive Reasoning, Multitasking, ATC Readbacks, and the personality questionaire.

Anyone recently been getting emails for assessments / interviews? Are they still doing these?

I heard we’re stopping hiring for the rest of the year, and will pick up again in the fall for 2025. 500-750 for 2025.

It honestly wouldn't surprise me. Our seniority list is up almost 20% vs 2019 while block hours are flat or slightly up. As the training churn has died down, it seems like greenslips have slowed in most categories. But I'll believe it when I see it.

Is it hiring or interviews stopping until october? I thought I saw classes resuming in late august/september as summer flying winds down.
