This has been insightful, as I am "glad" I am not the only one waiting for the email to attend INDOC. Got and accepted my CJO the last week of this April...and then the wait started. Did my Air Force retirement ceremony two weeks ago and on terminal until 31 August. I hope I don't have to waste this nice time to relax after 24 years on Active Duty having to try to get a backup job. We will see.

The word is we've interviewed all we need for 2024, with flows. Still hiring for the year, classes should pick up after the summer. The company seems focused on getting the sim instrutors that can fly the line, out flying.

Good evening,
Is Delta still making interviews or it will really stop as others are doing?
thanks

They have enough CJOs in the pool now to cover classes for the rest of the year. Interviews will restart in the fall. We have aircraft still being delivered and don't have the MAX issues the rest have.

We haven’t stopped interviewing yet. Got a friend from a previous lifetime that got a CJO just last week.

Have a friend that’s interviewing in a little under 3 weeks from now.

The people interviewing now are likely being put in the pool for 2025. But still good.
