It varies a lot, person to person seemingly based on their resume, availability date, and when Delta’s trying to fill classes. It was nearly 3 weeks for me. If you go back through this thread you'll see it range from the next day to several months. Sorry for a kinda non answer.

I was March 6th as well, all of the people I've talked to from 5-7 of March haven't heard anything. I've heard (therefor unconfirmed) that endeavor flows go early in the month so maybe that is why we haven't heard back yet.

It seems to widely vary. I submitted back in the end of Feb with a June availabilty that I updated to 2 weeks notice afterwards. Received the "app has been reviewed" and to "wait for the AON link soon" email about two days after submitting the app, but still haven't received the AON link. A friend who submitted his app two weeks prior to me with 2 weeks notice availability got the AON invite link about a week after submitting. Someone else who submitted about a week prior to me and has an August availability got the AON link a few weeks ago. I've read of others who submitted apps before with similar availability and still haven't received the AON link as well.

Several of us that I know of from the last two weeks of Feb still waiting.

Many of those who have interviewed on 2/29 seem to have received a class date for 5/21. I am a 3/7 interview and was hoping for a June 4th class. Emails seem to go out on Thursday / Friday by noon. Guess I will be waiting to see if its going to be June 18th now.... Heard back from Pilot OnBoarding and all they said is that "we are unable to determine a class date and you will be notified 6 weeks prior. We look forward to welcoming you to Delta

Any idea of what day the emails come for the assessment test or interview?

Correct, to be specific - the endeavor flow folks are in the first indoc class of each month even though they carry in 3 months of seniority 'holdback' with them. If you look at April for example, the class on 4/2 had 20 flow pilots and 9 regular hires and the next class then was 4/23 of just regular off the street. I'm guessing May will see 5/7 with about 20 flow / 10 regular hires again, then 5/21 as just the OTS pilots. For everyone else prospectively looking at class dates that's a big one to keep in mind with the shift to smaller classes.

"Delta will offer employment to an eligible Endeavor pilot before any other pilot candidate for hire" is the language in their contract, or LOA 9 in the long-form of the PWA if you have a copy handy.

I did my assessment on a Monday around dinner time, was told expect 2 weeks or so for email to schedule interview (if assessment went well.)
Actually got interview email the next morning around 8:30am...
