Thanks for the intel. So sounds like mid to late summer to fall for class for everyone who’s still waiting to get an interview…most likely

Id say that’s accurate if they keep the pace they are and not slow down hiring any further. Good luck to you!

Wondering if anyone has heard back, or knows anyone who has heard back from meet & greets at the WAI conference?

Just got the top tier / AON invite today. Met with Delta at WAI. Did not walk away feeling great about my meeting. Was told I’d probably need another 500-1,000 hours to be competitive and preferably TPIC.

I just updated my app with 100 hours a320 time from like 75ish and a few days later got the top tier email.

Honestly this is good to hear someone else has heard back from WAI. Hopefully more should be getting calls. What is your availability date set to? I’m curious if they are calling people for class in the summer

Just complete my AON assessment last night and received my results this morning...unfortunately I was unsuccessful.

I would assume that it was the Workplace behavior portion, because I felt that I did really well on the other categories. One wrong answer each on both the multitasking and deductive reasoning sections.

oh well, I guess I can try again in 90 days...fingers crossed.

out of curiosity, did you dress professionally for the aon?

Can anyone write a short description of what each task was?

Been doing CUTe stuff from airlineassesmentprep, but seems from what I've read so far only a few of the puzzles from that will be on the actual thing.

glad to hear this. I felt my meeting went really well, and I’m also approaching 100 in the 320. I haven’t heard anything yet. Praying it happens soon.

Interview Documents

I have an interview coming up and i'm getting my documents ready. The list asks you to bring "U.S. Work Authorization documentation" original and copy. I'm a US citizen and not sure what this entails. Can anyone help me out? This one doesn't say if applicaple so I'm guessing I need to bring something.

Not applicable to you assuming you have a passport.

What I got may be different than what you get. I had the shapes sudoku, RMI, Multitasking (math, airplane, duplicate shapes), ATC recordings, and personality test which are a bunch of prompts that include two statements each and a sliding scale from neutral to strongly agree (no disagree scale, you just have to decide with which you agree MORE). CUTe was great and mostly accurate prep—The only difference was that the multitasking airplane isn’t about landing the plane on a runway it’s about dodging falling obstacles. Nothing you couldn’t do, I imagine. Frankly, I was surprised how few assessments the actual test dealt out.
