Airline Pilot Central Forums - DL Hiring: New Process

Both have positive reviews and both will prepare you for uncanned and non-generic responses. I would lean more towards Spitfire if you have the time before your interview (ie 3 or more weeks) to go through their program and better prepare yourself, as it's proven to have worked with a high success rate.

I used Raven (2.5 years ago). Great people. Extremely helpful. James, the owner, attends a bunch of hiring conventions and stuff as well so was great to him in person. The actual interview was 10x easier than their mocks. Felt very well prepared. One of my mock interviewers was from Delta as well. App review was very thorough. My app was in for one day before I got the call from Delta. YMMV.

They're excellent, used them twice at two majors successfully, separated by 3 years. Best $500 I spent in my airline career.

Have a buddy of mine that used them recently and said he felt very well prepared, as he was sucessful with the interview.

+1 for Emerald Coast. I used them a few years ago and was 100% on CJOs. Their staff does a great job, IMHO.

2/8 Interview/CJO then PARB. PARB approved 2/20. Cleared background check 2/28. On 3/5 got an invite for 4/23 class.
