How far out are class dates now? I’m going to WAI with a 5/1 availability. Had a Delta CJO a couple years ago but couldn’t go at the time due to mil obligations so Delta declined the CJO. Has anyone gotten called again after a CJO was declined or failed interview?

What was your availability date? I originally interviewed back in 2022, wonder if the process has changed?

Sorry to hear that. Keep trying, wherever you want to end up, and turn the experience into a postitive in the next interview. Best of Luck.

You said it wasn’t the strongest HR sesh, is there something that tripped you up? I’m sorry to ask, and I’m also sorry to hear about the TBNT.

What kind of prep are most interviewees going with? Cage Marshall? Spitfire Elite?

Both have positive reviews and both will prepare you for uncanned and non-generic responses. I would lean more towards Spitfire if you have the time before your interview (ie 3 or more weeks) to go through their program and better prepare yourself, as it's proven to have worked with a high success rate.

Might as well start with Spitfires Ready4Pushback podcast. He's a Delta guy
