Both are correct. There were classes planned for April and May, and now there aren’t.

Are there any Endeavor Flows starting this month? How does it work with their seniority? They don’t show on the list but are they accounted for in our most recent staffing numbers that came out today?

Endeavor flows are held back 3 months after their seniority date.
No seniority dates were issued in November or December, so there will be no flows in class February or March.
January flows will be in class April, but will be the only ones, as no seniority numbers are being issued for April.

Hi all just looking for some insight here. I have an interview here in a couple of weeks, and after reviewing my records I realized that I had forgotten to list a stage check failure in my private pilot days. I fixed the error and updated the app, this made me change the answer on the addendum question of failing a checking event from no to yes. Since this change was made after the interview invite was extended, does this look like I was trying to be deceptive? I emailed pilot selection today and explained them the situation and have yet to hear back. It was an honest oversight, but now I am worried that it sealed my fate. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar?

While not a 141 failure I did have an acquaintance I was helping to onboard who failed to mention an unsat line check for upgrade which was not handled well at the interview. I can’t remember if he made the change like you did before or at the interview but when it came up his explanation wasn’t good. Needless to say he didn’t get the job that day. A 141 stage check is nothing compared to a line check but who knows what the hiring team will think these days.

It will almost certainly come up, with the question. At this point, it is what it is. Be contrite, and own the mistake/oversight. It’s about the attention to detail at this point, not the phase check failure.

If you have done any prep which includes a brush up, I’d highly recommend asking the professionals what they recommend.

Asked a coach with Spitfire Elite that also works at DL, he said while it does look fishy, as long as I bring it up and own it and explain the oversight and failure I will be good. I also have a friends from 9E who flowed and he said that the company has seen everyting you could imagine when it comes to hiring. Still crossing my fingers though.

Uhh... you're "cooked" as the kids say. That ain't forgetting, it's lying by omission. There are plenty of people who didn't "forget" to list failures on their application.

Don't lie, don't cheat, don't steal. It's pretty simple. You broke rule #1.

no, he’s not. I made a similar mistake, emailed pilot hiring and all they did was ask me about it in the interview. To the OP; if it’s an honest mistake and you told them, you should be okay. Just be prepared to explain it a little more in the interview.

I forgot about a checkride 31 years ago. Instrument ride, I was told the only way to continue is to take the ride before the semester finishes or it would be on my dime. I wasn't ready. That was some early learning and I had no idea it would be required to document a decade later.

If is only 1 stage check, I wouldn’t worry too much about it. If there are several stage checks that you “forgot”, then is a different story.

Good luck, just have your story straight and don’t lie.
