Honestly the current shrink process is insulting. If you feel the need to take my MMPI results and have a shrink evaluate them/me, at least have them in the same room as me and give me a real psych opinion. Having to interface over zoom with someone sitting on their couch and let them make the decision to send you to PARB is a joke. At this point they just mark “further review” to keep their job. Any spike on the MMPI? Mark yes so Delta knows we’re “evaluating” their candidates. OK….

Yes, and my shrink answered her phone to talk to what sounded like one of her adult kids.

My NSLI did that during my last CQ. It was fine since nothing we were talking about was relevant. Just sitting there pretending like I couldn't hear what his son was saying over the phone

It's been that way for awhile I believe. During the interview day and after the MMPI, they take you into a little room with a laptop in it and do a virtual zoom-like meeting with the shrink.

The shrink is back to in person as of very recently.

For the digital upload of documents all aircrew certificates including ATP means they want to see every certificate beginning with private? Am I understanding this right?
