interesting! I don’t believe any of us were called back since we all walked out together after the TBNT spiel. But shoot maybe I got blacklisted or something. I felt pretty good during the interview. Did solid prep but not overly robotic. It was a shock and numbing when I was rejected. Appreciate you sharing your experience.

2023 I was a second chance hire. Was 3 months at that time. Definitely happens, and I think if you are willing to come back a 2nd time, your chances are good (kinda?).

Did they send out a second AON for the interview, or just email you an interview invite? I interviewed at 1800 TT in May of last year after they upped the requirements in April while I was already scheduled for my interview. Got the TBNT and told to keep flying and keep my app up to date, but never thought to ask about that AON part while I was being walked.

They forgot about me and I called the number after 4 months and got re-scheduled, no AON.

I received the 'standby for the AON invite' from a Delta recruiter a coouple of days ago, so would those of you who recently received an interview invite be able to share your timeline from AON to interview invite? Also, is your timeline to the interview based on your availablity or based on the first available slot? TIA

I also recently received the 'Standby for AON assessment invite' email Does anyone know approximately how long the wait time might be?

I waited four weeks for the AON. Once it was completed, I received an email the next day to schedule an interview.

Just complete my AON assessment last night and received my results this morning...unfortunately I was unsuccessful.

I would assume that it was the Workplace behavior portion, because I felt that I did really well on the other categories. One wrong answer each on both the multitasking and deductive reasoning sections.

oh well, I guess I can try again in 90 days...fingers crossed.

What categories were in your AON Assessment? I am using Cut-E prep. Did you specifically study certain modules? Were there any that weren't on the Cut-E program (workplace behavior?)

I received my "pre-invite" today.. thank you for the intel!

Anyone have any info on how many pilots will be hired the rest of the calendar year?

We don't know. There will be a hiring pause over the summer. When classes resume will be dependent on how the company views how demand is shaping up for next year.

Theyre still planning to hire 200 more between now and start of summer. I think the total hired thus far is somewhere over 500 if I'm not mistaken.
