Has anyone who attended a PAPA meet and greet last week received an assessment link yet?

Realized I kind of screwed up the college GPA I had written down on airlineapps. Not much of a difference… but updated it after the interview invite was given. Will it affect the process?

They might ask you about it during the interview. Just be fully open and honest. Shouldn’t be a big deal as long as you’re not adding some huge amount that could have changed the scoring of your app. It’s probably completely irrelevant if you’re changing it up. Bringing it down after the invite is the bigger issue.

They usually go over the app with you and have you initial any changes. You could just bring that up then to be fully honest if the app didn't get updated in time especially.

This happened to me. I knew my graduation GPA from over a decade ago. I ordered an extra transcript to see what was in it, and saw the university went back and adjusted the grades of a specific instructor that took pride in making systems tests so hard the average grade was below a C- (minimum to pass to the next class). As such, my GPA was 0.3 higher.
During the interview they told me at interview invite they snapshot the app and it is compared the one on file 3 days before the interview. You will be asked to explain some of the changes, and also be asked if you want to make any more modifications. So, have a very thought out reason why you changed it. They told me a slight change down is understandable, changes up are preferred. They have seen drastic GPA drops from people in that span, and said some explanations brought up more questions.

Online Meet with a recruiter..
 

Curious if anyone has done an online meet with a recruiter. I was able to secure a spot for June and would like feedback if this has expedited hiring the process or even a top tier email..

I did the in person one in ATL in March. Got the fix it email, followed by top tier email within a week. Haven’t heard anything since. Almost 3 months from top tier email now. Frustrating to say the least, as I hear others get assessment within a few weeks.
