I don’t remember the exact time but you are allowed to change your app up to a certain time before the interview to make changes. It’s not really a big deal if you add things like hours, PIC time, etc. that’s obviously expected. Things like putting a training failure down when you previously didn’t have any can raise some eye brows but normal things like hours, volunteer experience, etc won’t really hurt you

I don't think so. Once you get the interview invite it means you are a person they want to hire based on your application. The interview process is meant to determine if that initial assessment is correct (to the best of their ability to determine).

LOR's are to help you get the application pulled/assessment/interview etc. Once you've gotten the interview invite its not necessary to add more. And you'll receive instructions on what to bring and to not update you airline app within 2 business days prior to interview date.

Anyone get notified for the 8 Jan class? Yesterday marked the 6-week point. 25 Apr CJO...still waiting.

Invites started going on about 3 weeks ago, which put it at 9 weeks prior. The backgrounds of us "off-the-street" hires are mostly military, with some Spirit guys, and one corporate. So far we have 23 dudes in our WhatsApp group.

Spirit pilot here. I was wondering if there is a major backup in getting people moving through the process? I applied back in OCT and within a day or two got the top candidate email. It said I would be receiving the AON assessment invite when availability allows. It’s been almost 2 full months and I haven’t received anything yet. Is that normal right now, or should I reach out to someone? Their email says they cannot provide any status updates or timeline so I’m just not sure.

That's normal.

I've seen varying timelines, 24 hours - months... I'd email and ask them just in case you may have missed it. No one here knows. They won't remove you from the process for asking a question.

NK pilot as well, took right around 2 months for me to get the assessment after top tier email. Should be coming soon, hang in there.

Hey all, just got a CJO on 4 Dec followed by the dreaded PARB email later that day. I'm guessing it's because of a flag in the psych interview (I disclosed that I have a mental health rating from the VA when directly asked, never medicated and it was for a military-specific issue). The rating was disclosed with the FAA on my last medical and I still have a first class. Anyone have any advice on what to expect? Am I cooked?
