We"ve become so accustomed to our antiquated tech products, I'm afraid any vision for better user experiences will be resisted.
I for one hope they reorganize the release. It's so haphazard and bulky, and formatted for a paper-scroll. Needs to be trimmed back big time, with the most referenced info consolidated together without bouncing around. All the extra mounds of less demanding info get located in some other further away section where it can be referenced if needed. Since its electronic, broken into sections/tabs via links with an always accesable hamburger button or the like table of contents to quickly get to what you looking for.
Page 1 info: Scheduled Dept/Arr times, Flight time, fuel info, CRZ alt, employee# for ACARS init page, TAF single line of forecast used for ETA, MELs(linked), dispatcher remarks...am I missing something?

I saw a prototype that a LCA had on his computer, although I’m not sure if it resembles what we’ll end up with. It was a completely different product, seemingly designed from the ground up to be electronic…doesn’t even resemble what we have now. It’s more like an app than a digital version of a paper product.

At what airline? BB needs to be put out to pasture. 8 days of randos sticking you up for payroll deductions interspersed with pointless presentations that start at step 4, proceed to step two and finish with foots notes (PBS, etc). Throw in a weirdly aggressive OpSecs instructor who tries to start fights with students. Horray! time for prom, don't forget to ask your mentor if they have some spare wings.

Speaking of wings:
Has anyone suggested to the PTB to just have a maintenance tech clip off the top crown of the captain set?
Assuming that they’ve plenty of CA wings lying around. Seems like a pretty easy and straightforward solution.

If our IT didn't make preflight such a chore (looking at you Aerodocs) then I wouldn't really care and could go back to complaining about their desire to kill the grey (best) navblue site.
