Nope, but why would that affect it?

FWIW I flew far more GSs as a commuter than I do now that I live in base. Usually because I would put in for GSs on the back of a trip if the commute was looking dicey vs now I just drive home.

I would like to see the premium distribution across seniority similar to how it was for the 2 and a half decades before SS and QS. Once you have had your cake, you go to the back of the line, no cutting to the front to get seconds or thirds while others don’t get their first plate.

I don't think having more pilots make 12 minutes go any faster.

counterpoint, we flew approximately the same number of block hours in 2025 as we did in 2019 with almost 3,000 more pilots. When it takes 12 minutes to move to the next pilot, and there are dozens of pilots who have no intention of actually flying said slip, and you must do that before using reserves to cover the trip, no amount of staffing will solve that.

im not saying we give this up for nothing, but 2 step trip coverage + WS before reserves absolutely creates a problem no level of staffing would solve.

Any arguments against?
The cumulative premium hours flown shown be the leveling mechanism. It was that way at a previous employer and kept things fair and less likely for people to pass on shorter premium trips.

The fact that people are passing on quickslips means everyone is just burned out. It only takes 12 minutes total for a quick slip, not 12 per pilot.
