Quick observation:
We are a good ways into Summer Ops and the heavily predicted Delta operational meltdown predicted by many pilots on here actually went to United. Surprising as we approach mid summer, the hot topic isn't operations but is.... wait for it.... Batch Sizes.... Talk about 1st world problems 😂😂😂😂

And I wouldn’t call last week a roaring success. United took the heat off everybody else.

I was out in that in PHL and much of that blame lies squarely at the FAA/ATC. They shut down our departures for hours based on a spotty/broken like of scattered single-cell thunderstorms (eventually formed a solid line), but when they stopped our departures, it wasn't much of anything.

Leap Year is going to be a huge problem next year.

If you're in the woods getting chased by a bear, you don't need to be faster than the bear, just faster than your buddy.

*The deadheads were the problem. They kept delaying and messing the schedule up. Wonder if 30 hours would’ve been smarter.
