Rules of the road is a one way street. We have to abide by them. They don’t apparently. It is absolutely pathetic. We had a pax today who just took a 6 day vacation and their bag never showed up. Then their flight home tomorrow cancelled.

(You just get fired, but I don't think big D has the resources for that right now...)

And yeah, I buy into the “Delta family” schtick. I find it makes this airline the best place to work, as we all take care of each other.
Any perspective on FAs complaining that boarding pay is too low, as the boarding process is the toughest part of the job? I heard two FAs conversing that boarding pay should be full or more pay rate, and anything less would actually encourage AFA ratification.
