Global Scope AIP reached
#131
The context of my example wasn't about current section 1 anything. Just probing for holes in a "global scope solution" where we just look at flying in theaters, not the actual nation of a JV partner. I have several concerns, and I hope they've been accounted for by the negotiators.

If we as a group are dumb enough to give the company want they want outside of section 6 we deserve everything we get. We have never had more leverage than we do right now. Unfortunately our MEC president is a well known management sympathizer.
Remember this…the company negotiators are lawyers wearing $4000 suits, our negotiators are pilots who took a weekend course in Herndon.

Folks here is an example of a pilot that is full of bluster, but horribly misinformed about not only our negotiating process, but also the resources our pilot negotiators have. I said it before and I'll say it again... Do supposedly smart, intelligent Delta pilots not READ before going on a tangent on SM?

Anyone that had paid the least amount attention knows that he’s not coming up with his talking points on his own. Zero Int’l experience, Zero union work except for that which he was fired from. I’ll judge the AIP when there is actual language written.
