Absolutely. The language is the real test. EASKs AND flights/block hour metrics need to be in place.

Nope, cybertruck and powerwall but I sold at the post covid pop. They were supposed to be bringing high capacity battery power to the masses but I'm still waiting.

But if they do...? I never thought Canadair would build an airliner or then a major/mainline sized one but...
If there's a market for it, somebody will build it, and then bring it to scale or sell to someone who can.

I see only references to WB flying. Isn't the future of the transatlantic super efficient NBs like the A-321NEO or boom jets? This whole agreement is moo. Just watching the Overture youtube and it has both Delta and Virgin livery... hmmmm.

It's a neat idea. So is SpaceX using the reusable rocket for point to point global travel anywhere in under 30 minutes. Technically feasible, but how many bazillionares really need to save a couple of hours are there anyway?
From an "American ingenuity can do great things" standpoint, I freaking love this. But there's a better than even chance there's going to be a whole lot of cheap hangar space available in GSO in a few years.
(thanks for posting the link. I really did enjoy it, no sarcasm.)

Getting exactly the same vibe from "Boom" that I had when the "micro-jet" Eclipse was going to put every business traveler in a tiny jet flying point to point. They built hangars, training facilities, hired thousands, the whole enchilada. Then they went bust.

But Trip7 says this new arrangement (which isn’t even complete yet) is the end all to be all. The Co. Finally sees things our way and gave into what the pilots wanted after 3 decades. Just like that. No downside….magic…
