This proves the company doesn't care to negotiate in good faith.
Management probably gave themselves a pat on the back.
I'll continue to work as a true professional but lack motivation to go the extra step.

I’m really happy for the Endeavor pilots, they’re getting closer to being paid what they’re worth.
Whatever the negotiators are cooking up behind closed doors for the DAL pilot group had better be SUBSTANTIAL. Cause if it ain’t, lolz.

That should be pointed out to mediator. Would be funny if worthless Crj rates from years ago is what saves us.

I’ve often believed that the Legacy’s could actually get away with compensating slightly lower than single type carriers or domestic only BECAUSE of the value pilots place on CHOICE.
Almost everyone I talk to that’s has left SWA, an LCC, etc has come here for choice. DAL, UAL, and AMR offer more choice than any other US carrier. The executives may be realizing that. They’re paying the guys that fly the garbage the best now. They’re offering the guys that fly the big, exotic stuff a pittance.
In the process they are getting the pilot unions in AMR and UAL to fall into disarray. We need to be very vigilant to not allow that here.
Interesting times.
