So what? If he’s delusional let him be. Retro is a big deal and sets a huge precedent going forward. At any rate. Not something I’m gonna comment with specific numbers on a public forum right now because they’ve asked us not to be doing this at this point. That’s all I am saying.
retro is a big deal. It sets a precedent going forward. Telling someone their expectations are wild is part of the conversation.

and no, that’s not “all you’re saying.” you’re making accusations and personal attacks. So own that.

They aren’t personal attacks. You’re the one calling someone delusional. Dude we have been asked to stop doing this stuff (negotiating in public) because it’s puts the clamps on the NC. Yet the usual cast of characters posting that people are delusional over a retro comment, and then your brother from another mother Trip7 posting this:

It’s not a personal attack. Something such as door pay is floated around and one of you three say “that’s already baked into our hourly rates.” Have a good night.

and yet you don’t call for the banning of people naming their price with retro numbers.

as for the rest of that portion, I’m not trip, take that up with them.

Again, I’m going to remind you that I am not trip and didn’t say anything they said.

Yet you have no problem with the 18% retro back to Jan 1 2020 "trial ballon". Don't see you calling any of those folks out.....Because you agree with this wildly unrealistic expectation.....

That’s hilarious…it was an LEC Rep that floated the balloon. Trust nothing you hear and 1/2 of what you see. We’ll have an IAP before Christmas and it’ll be remarkably close to what’s been floated.

My personal hunch was it was not a management trial balloon. And I agree with you, AIP by Christmas is more likely than not.

so… trial balloon mission accomplished?

It is 100% a management trial balloon. There has been no discussions of pay rates sine managements first offer.

I want to throw a comment out, with government Covid money given out, was a stipulation on freezing executive pay part of the program, doesn’t that stipulation end in Feb or March of 2023? We will have to have a contract before upper management can get a raise…. My guess is by February we will see something. They would not want to delay getting a raise…. Just a guess
