Right. I'm sure management looked at my post and changed their stance immediately.

Or were you being sarcastic?

Right? I don’t know where they get it from. But it’s odd they are posting that on our union forum and I haven’t seen any mention here. Hence my post. Thanks!

I rolled thunder 1 month (no I'm not the SEA 330 Capt with 700+ hours....my hero!) this past summer and have cashed in 5 PB days during the last 3 years. Other than the one month of thunder, have only done 6-9 GS in my career because I"m a commuter.

I'm already at $566K for last 3 years and still have 3 more paychecks to go in 2022.

So assuming all the Capts and all the FO's senior to me, I'm guessing at least 69% of the seniority list did better than me the last 3 years, so I find his $500K to be a little low actually.

Just my slightly moist napkin math.
500k per year, not total.

Not freezingflyboy, but...

He said "retro check"....I take that to mean he is talking full retro for last 3 years since amendable date, where the "average" pilot earned $500K cumulative, not per year.

18% of $500K is $90K.

shack.. looking back closer I’m due around 140-150 as an FO on those numbers (18%)… 50-60k isn’t going to cut it.
