It's also in the contract that they will pay protect a pilot when 23M7 is used but they don't. You have to catch them.. Pure theft. Not to mention when you volunteer for a trip and someone misses it, it's usually not the person who might get pay protected. Only the most senior guy gets pay protected. So, you are essentially stealing from a fellow pilot as well.

Check out the Atl 73NA trip assignments today. Inverse assignments rolling out, then here comes the out of base white. There’s someone that doesn’t understand the coverage sequence. Or used a phone call to break the sequence that had already passed him bye.
