I wish I could! Theres no universe where I'm working today. Not to mention physically being on the east coast for a report in SEA 2 hours out.

“Be in Seattle in 2 hours” is just their opening offer. Take it and negotiate.

(tho I understand the not gonna work today…for future use)

Disclaimer - not my current seat was browsing for future awareness.

But, out of base GS would be awarded prior to the IA’s, also goes before reroute (at least in theory). Agree at his seniority level there are no guarantees. Maybe he’s not at trigger, lots could be going on. But at face value it looks like he could play the game better, for his own self benefit. That’s all I was pointing out. I’ve taken my share of oob trips when it works for me. But if we all play the game better we all benefit. Something about strength of team, weak link, something nautical….

I picked up a WS over the monthly transition. I lay my shame before the feet of the APC gods. It worked for me. All this whining about the coverage ladder but RRs go unnoticed. Wrong battle, wrong enemy.

And before the haters hate, I’m just saying he could have done the same trip for twice the money.

Not if he already had a Green and was below the trigger? Who knows?

Yep, I picked up a white a few days ago because I dropped a few trips and there's no way I'd make GS trigger this late in the month. A WS or a GS pay exactly the same with a light schedule.

I see senior guys get their first GS of the month early on and WS up to the limit. Happens all the time.

Many times it’s senior guys “stealing” what would be GS for junior.

FWIW, I do not consider it stealing which is why I put it in quotes, others do.
