in an interview he did with Ben Shapiro, he admits that his method of getting out of debt isn't the best mathematically; his is a behavior change to get people that simply can't handle money to see debt as not a tool to use, but rather a burden.

I'm not a fan of debt. I do have credit cards that I use. But I don't have car loans, personal loans, etc. I paid off my student loans, and am vehemently opposed to ANY student loan forgiveness.

Not to get political but thank god this is getting hung up right now, I’m no economist but I would imagine this would be another gasoline can on the inflation fire. My wife has 25k student debt and I absolutely do not want it forgiven.

I sleep better under a roof someone else has paid for. So the county clerk has a piece of paper that says you own it. How does that affect your life? Dave's preaching is for those who advertise on his show not the simpltons who follow him like lemmings.

IT made my wife very happy knowing we don't owe anyone anything.

Not having to worry about making a mortgage payment each month greatly reduced the stress of facing a furlough during the pandemic…

Housing has a cost throughout your life, shifting it forward only increases the burden earlier.

I agree with living within your means. I also have a 2.25% mortgage and a nice (IMHO) house.
