I really don't mind the location, the Pub is good, but the Fitness center is pretty lame.

And as an aside, it blows my mind that anyone would pay to have a credit card.
I can't recall if it was EB or DJ that said it, but they stated that we get 3% of the spend on the Delta branded cards from AmEx. That's what drove the nearly $6B we got from that deal last year. They are popular cards and people spend a lot of money with them.

True. This will be a 9 year contract. And yes, Mgmt. is already celebrating with the $5 billion projected profit announcement made before the ink was even dry on the AIP. That being said, it's time to move on. The fact of the matter is that Delta is still a great airline to fly for, for better and for worse. The junior guys are going to have a great career here...I hope.

Dave Ramsey would not be very happy with you. You should take $800k out is savings immediately and pay off that debt.

Debt is bad. Just make sure you never do the math. you know the math that you are paying the bank only 2.25% on that money and the $800k you have invested is making significantly more that that. No sure why Dave Ramsey wants people to be poor.

People tell Dave Ramsey he is an idiot. He says, “yeah I am an idiot with a paid off house”.
