My kirkland finally got the handle stuck down after 10 years of use. Huge bummer as it is the best bag in size and look in my opinion. I have heard Briggs and Riley is the closest look are there any other suggestions? Looking at the Briggs site the one is showing $650 which is a little insane for a plain roller bag.

Not too many people have the strongbags. I have the vertex 21. Going on 4 years with it.
Pros- doesn’t get bent frame like luggeworks. Replacement handle, wheels, and cover so you have a refurbished bag every few years for about half the cost of a new one. You can sit on it. Handle doesn’t scream out that you are crew
Cons- it’s definitely heavier than many bags.

Clubglove CG22, best bag I've used in 30+ years of flying. I've only seen one other pilot at Delta with one and he was just as jazzed with it as me. Perfect fit for the 73, light, durable and dimensionally somewhat unique but still "carry on legal". Can't believe this bag hasn't caught on. Don't pay list $$$.

Essential 22 Carry On. It is slightly less good on rough terrain than a two wheeler. 90% of the time far superior. I have had the Luggage works with metal frame - too heavy and harder to wheel around the airport. Also had a two wheeler Travel Pro - not enough room and same two wheel problem. As well as a 4 wheel travel pro - smaller, didn’t glide as well and not as good organization inside. None of them have the B&R warranty. Only downside to B&R is price.
If the 20% off is good for 3 things might as well add some accessories. Maybe their toiletry bag too
