As far as FUD, there is a Tsunami coming and you're telling people on the Beach to just look away. Brilliant. We'll find out shortly how that works out
jfc, its not like blood is gonna be on my hands trip. You got a real tsunami prediction, like your atlanta thunderstorm predictions, let us know. I get this **** is very important to you. Forgive us for not all caring enough to pay it head or to toss it in the pile of trip predictions that dont come true.

This had better be the start of batting perfectly or next time maybe just relax when you realize its a webboard, not a podium, and not everyone believes in doom prophesies.

“We’ll get thru this….”

Like we got thru the Civil War? WWI? WWII?

We didn’t need to be here in the first place. We were finally crawling out of the disaster Covid thrust on our society just to fall victim to the most predictable result of war with Iran of all time.

If I’m a U.S. ally in Western Europe why should I spend my resources on cleaning up this American cluster****? The U.S. has the largest, best equipped military in the world…..they can fix it themselves. They (we) just don’t want to pay the price that is now required to mop up this entirely unnecessary and completely avoidable disaster.

And most of you will not change your minds in this.

Maybe because we have been cleaning up European cluster****s since the Truman Doctrine?

Agreed. Iran needs to be dealt with, but what the current administration has done has made that infinitely more difficult and expensive. Talk about malpractice.

We're not on the beach the tsunami is heading for. Asia is in line for a direct hit with Europe second. US and Russia benefit from immediate oil exports with Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, Shell, Chevron and Gazprom leading the way. Gulf states will see their importance diminish and along with them the significance of subsidized ME3 air carriers.

Europe is taking measures to stabilize availability of jet fuel. If European or Asian air travel pulls back, it gives DL breathing room to avoid what was set to be our most epic summer failure this century. A drawdown in travel may actually help us salvage our precious NPS scores.

My positive mood may be impacted by spending the day outside on a TX ranch roaming between 6 BBQ pits tasting brisket, ribs, chicken and beans while deciding where to cast my votes for peoples choice. Not one word about oil and gas (rare for a weekend in TX), but lots of conversation around smoke ring, pit temps, airflow and char. I believe "touching grass" is the term. There is no point wasting time online filtering through doom and gloom clickbait. The energy situation gets sorted well outside of where anyone on APC has influence. Watch the tsunami from a distance and give up on publicly convincing yourself that you are right.

100% agree with your sentiment.

At the same time I don’t think anyone with a stake in oil in Texas is concerned about an oil crisis. They might even be gleeful about it.

Admittedly a hot take by me, just saying’.
