Honestly, getting into arguments with Joe TSA is like walking into Starbucks and complaining about their cups. Or someone coming up to you and complaining that movies weren't new enough. I don't care..they don't care. And there is nothing you or they can do to change it..

And that's my point. The vast majority of those workers are just suffering for a crap check. I very rarely have negative interactions with them but certainly there are those who take their authority too seriously.

It's pointless to argue with a mall cop who has the full weight of the federal government behind him. You're gonna lose every time. He doesn't care what you think, and you're actually making his day by giving him the opportunity to show you his authori-tay. Just play their stupid little game, laugh in their faces, and go about your day.

If you’re in the mood and really want to have some fun tell them you’d like a private screening in lieu of the pat down.
Be ready for the world to stop revolving.
First they have to find somebody qualified to do it AND of the same sex. Then they have to get another to “observe”. They walk you to a private room. Take 5 minutes to explain what they are about to do, 15 to actually do it.
Oh and it was 20 just to find the afore mentioned agent mentioned above.
Funny I did this twice and didn’t get randomed for almost 2 months.

Do you know many times I don't care what a passenger thinks? Every day. There's no sense in arguing because no one wins. You're making $300k a year and getting in fights with people just trying to make 10% of what you make and following the rules the local czar has made. You know, the guy you will literally never interact with. You're making someone else miserable for just trying to not get fired.
