The average Delta pilot makes than 93% of the US wage earner. Your daily commute is likely aberrational compared to the average American. This car is not for you.

But if EV trends continue (soft power then hard power mandates), get ready to see a lot less ultra-rural (non farm) living as the decades go by.

(Not thrilled with it either. I tried “voting” and “writing my congressman”. Strangely had no effect.)

So? Majorities don't matter. How many people thought the sun revolved around the Earth until Capricornus said otherwise?

But answer these questions.... what is the optimal amount of carbon in the atmosphere? what are we at now? when was the peak?

Assuming this is true, (I'm skeptical), how long ago was the earth at the current temperature?

That's not science, that's pseudoscience. Correlation doesn't equal causation. Just because some people think something is true because it might maybe appear to be, doesn't actually make it so.

Long Energy w/leverage
Well here in Alaska the Biden admin gave the go-ahead for the Willow Project, which will increase oil production.

It will be years before the Willow Project makes any kind of impact on US Oil production. Even at peak production is will only increase US Oil Production 1.5%. Meanwhile India, Indonesia and the Entire African Continent's populations are growing at a healthy clip along with substantial increases in Oil demand due to many rising out of poverty. Big Picture view the Willow Project is absolutely inconsequential
