NEO has only fully taken over the non-stops to Aruba, DR, most of PR etc since about June-ish. The only flying left to the 73 is UVF, STI (turns) maybe some other cats and dogs, but for the most part its been a planned shift from the 73 to NEO for the high density tourist routes from NY/BOS to the islands. The process I think started around March/Feb. This is from the NY base. ATL, a bit of a different story. Shorter ranges to Caribbean than NYC. But as the NEO comes online in greater numbers they will supplant the vast majority of the Caribbean flying from the ATL 73 as well. Not as much as what happened with the NY trips but it will be significant.
NEO owns the non-stop carribean flying out of NY. It is gone from the 73 and will remain that way. NEO will own the majority of the transcons from BOS and NY and vice versa. Customers are very happy with the NEO. NPS is whehter or not a customer will recommend us to someone else. Surveys conducted on targeted emails to both our HVC and non-HVC trend very favorably for the NEO experience. There's a difference.

Looks like they are only willing to TRAIN 15 Captains and 30 FOs for Boston, rest were transfers. 52 Captains and 59 FOs awarded.

Mock is out. As expected, BOS went very senior.
WB A 44xx (also similar to recent norms)
WB B 11,9xx(a little senior to recent norms)
NB A 14,7xx (much closer to post-Covid historical %)
BOS 330 A 24xx
BOS 330 B 11,3xx
Not surprisingly, BOS seems to have come primarily from NYC categories, especially the 330. Remember, unlike the final, the mock awards all posted positions - final results typically go senior to the Mock bid… (note: edited order from original post to match order I've been using, sorry...)

WB A 44xx, 25.7%
WB B 12,5xx, 72.6%
NB A 13,8xx, 79.5%
BOS 330 A 23xx 13.3%
BOS 330 B 10,4xx 60.3%
BOS 330 A came mostly from NYC, specifically the 330, with 41 actual awards of the 50 coming out of the NYC base. On the B side, 53 of the 59 awards (75 posted vacancies) came from NYC, with a little more variance in 'old' category. 34 of the 59 WB B's came from another NYC WB B (330/765). Clearly, they decided to meter the FO's as they predicted. For the 'legacy' catagories, the seniority was pretty much in line with where they have been over the last 14-15 months, with the dip from last month for NB A/WB B (mostly) gone. There were few backfills, especially on the B side. For example, I count 19 765B's bidding out, but only 13 765 B's backfilled (no vacancies posted)... They did backfill all the 765 A's, however. But of the 31 NYC 330 A's who bid out, zero were backfilled... FWIW, I would expect BOS 330 to drop in seniority over the next few 'buildup' bids to be more in line with the other WB's.

I don't like the way the graph came out. My excel-fu skills are ancient... Happy to have any suggestions for a better way to present the data. I was intially trying to tie the WB A's and WB B's into the same color family to help it make more sense at a glance (like Dark Blue and Light blue). I would really like to have a stacked bar grahp with the WB A and BOS 330A in the same "bar", but with the bottom part showing the cutoff from BOS 330 A. But I'm not smart enough to make that.
