When I first saw iCrew, I thought, wow this is much better than the green screen (FOS?) we had at AAL.

I wouldn’t care about how ancient our tech is if it wasn’t so buggy and our automation worked properly and promptly. Even the “new” tech we’re getting is problematic and while prettier to look at it’s functionality is still questionable *cough comply365 cough*.

But who knows? I don't think they are following a checklist...

I spoke with the guy who does all the runs at an event recently. I can confirm there is no checklist. They try to make it half way through but sometimes they are in meetings and can't get to it exactly half way. Also, he said that there is some accuracy but he chuckled that it's mind-blowing how many bids change in the last hour and even last 10 minutes.

That's why I was never that excited about getting a mid bid like UAL. So many changes made last minute and inconsistent backfills, means it's really not that great of a tool. Fun to scope out though. Best to put in a % bid and let it ride.
