Nothing they said is incorrect, we didn’t grow this past year. Theres nothing doom and gloom about that, its just is what it is.

Also “growing MSP 220” doesn’t automatically mean growth, we’re also parking planes in other fleets.

What’s that have to do with the price of tea in China? Nothing I said is incorrect.

This AE is going to be senior on the NBA side. So the disinformation is saying “11,xxx to NBA means it will take 11 years for a new hire today to hold it”. That would be true…if we don’t grow, and every AE follows this trend.

Again…as been said numerous times by both me and fangs (and others)…the seniority number is irrelevant. The percentage of system seniority is what matters.

“…Any AE posted between Dec.4, 2025 and Mar. 2, 2026”. I will bet you $1 Million dollars the March AE is after the 2nd (a Monday), meaning the Feb AE is virtually certainly the last chance to break a seat lock with MSP 220. Sorry if that’s not what you are asking.
Does this caveat come with a compounding seat lock like new hire exemption or first Captain upgrade? I couldn't find anything definitive in the PWA.

I would have thought yes, but I couldn't find anything either. Anyone with experience in this?

Simply bidding MSP220 does not compound a category freeze. It would just give you a new 24 month freeze from the date of award in the new category. The only category freezes that "compound" are for new hires (changing equipment after the first 12 months) and bidding a first time Captain position while still having a category freeze.

Growth for next year is planned in the 3-4% range. The last company podcast has some interesting tidbits added about hiring and growth. The planned growth is partially going to be funded by extra pilots they think we have.

Latest number for hires is 700-800 for the year. That is off the street, flows and Propel.

We hire straight from Propel? Don't they go to 9E, ultimately to become flows?

My understanding is Propel is an 8 headed monster right now due to all the iterations it has gone thru. There are still a few from older iterations that have some different pathways than the Endeavor flow, for example there may be some at Skywest, I don't know when these other pathways will finish out. My guess is we have a few Propel mentors and participants on here that may have better information.

Where in the PWA does it specify this? I was digging around today and couldn’t find anything speaking to this.

700-800 on top of hiring for attrition? That would make sense with the 3-4% growth statement. That’s 1,200-1,300 for the year.
