Obviously this is after pay raises and actual contract stuff. And I know it shouldn’t be needed to negotiate, but I don’t see it happening organically and it’s something I’d legitimately want. I put this in the employee survey too.
Just took the survey. You need to allow 30min or so to finish. It’s comprehensive.

Everyone here only cares about money and items that relate to money. I'd take a $0 pay raise for several home run QOL items. Hell I'd take a pay cut to work less.

I make so much money here I don't even know what to do with it all. Not a joke. I'm staring down a long career- I do not need more money. I need time.
