Serious: SCOPE. eliminate fee for departure. Make the regional jets mainline. This outsourcing undermines us and eliminating this outsourcing/race to the bottom/ whipsaw will alone make us that much more stronger which will realize gains in all other areas. SCOPE is the one thing that can make us or destroy us.
Less serious but I still want there to be serious talk about it:

The only way that happens is day outsourcing flying to RJ's is no longer profitable. Bargaining power comes from profitability. That's why we've been the ones to set the bar with our PWA for our pilot groups last couple of times. That's why during bankruptcy nobody got pay raises and amazing QOL.
