Fence. The only way that would work is the 9E pilots are permanently fenced to the RJs.
that said, I challenge the person who suggested a SLI with 9E based on DOH to give me an example of any airline that has ever merged with Delta and got DOH. For that matter name the last airline merger that went DOH without very long fences.

Agree with others, pretty decent survey for once.
Things off the top of my head in no particular order:
1. Pay rates.
2. Pay banding for NB fleets. Like to see 320/321/73 all banded to the the 75 rate. Like to see 220/717 banded to the 319 rate.
3. No more sick verification of any flavor
4. Weight Seniority more in the RAW
5. Pilot Mental health
6. More instances of IVD use
7. Increase vacation and sick pay to ADG. Increase training of any flavor to ADG.
8. More ZED opportunities
9. More discount on our FCFL programs
10. Include Narrow body types in Scope (LR, XLR etc or what ever else might be on the drawing board)
11. If you can't use an APD on it, then it's holiday pay.
12. Priority for commuters going to work via like an S1C type priority - better than S2 and S3. Preserve S1A for emergency.
13. No more dinkin around with RJs. I understand what the NC is looking at here, but I don't think bringing Endeavor pilots on is the solution.
Just a few things I could remember, I typed a lot in the boxes.

2. Vacation accrual schedule

Yes, agree our DH, and other stuff you mentioned above all needs improvement. I didn't want to rehash all the survey. Talking to some of my friends about this I think most of us are going to be, surprisingly, on the same page about the stuff that's been mentioned here on this thread.
I don't mind DPS instructors, but they need to be prior Delta as a minimum and should be limited to at most the 200 series. The 300/400 series should all be SLI folks.

Why should we waste negotiating capital on benefits for the whole company? I feel like zed is so far down the list.
