Believe me, we've been there, and there would be howls from the crowd here and everyone else who runs around with a bucket catching free money.

It has nothing to do with me. It’s about the industry and thousands of pilots and what’s morally and ethically right as well as what’s ethically right for the customers. That’s probably too much for your intelligence level but you’ll make it .

I once put two trips on swap board, then went to put PD’s in system for fhem. This was before 20th for next month. When I went to put the leave request in, it said I wasn’t working that day. Went back and reallized both trips were gone before I could even put the personal drops in. They were both weekday 2 days.

Seems more like junior pilots wanting to dilute seniority even more than it is already. Something everyone wants...until they're senior lol.

I wouldn’t negotiate any type of travel benefits. Not worth wasting our capital on rest of company employees. I think 23.M.7 and IA’s need addressed. We have too many pilots getting nothing that should have flown a premium trip if PWA was followed. It’s a company manufactured problem, but it’s still a problem. I wouldn’t touch sick leave other than getting rid of GFB. That’s about all I’m willing to admit publicly.

I also think it is dumb so many people want to waste negotiating capital on meals- Left seat people all make 350k at minimum and are worried abour something the company doesn't even spend 10 dollars on.....and the tendies are still going to pick through all the best options anyways without negotiation.

These are low cost items that don’t really matter.
