So how would that work when you've got senior 9E pilots who passed on flowing? Would they then get to jump ahead of 9E pilots who took the flow to DL and went to the bottom of our seniority list? That certainly wouldn't be fair as they got to keep great seniority and pay AND also then jump up the list at DL.

that said, I challenge the person who suggested a SLI with 9E based on DOH to give me an example of any airline that has ever merged with Delta and got DOH. For that matter name the last airline merger that went DOH without very long fences.

Those 9E captains are by rights Delta pilots.

Fence. The only way that would work is the 9E pilots are permanently fenced to the RJs.

mandatory positive space on the flight you booked the JS for to or from work if it is subsequently taken for any reason. We have booking windows for a reason and if the company's bad planning causes commuters to miss out on a flight to work, they should be given a seat no questions asked even if it means denying boarding. This is the cost of doing business and not your employee's fault. Of course if the JS is taken and blocked prior to the booking window, no dice. I'm simply saying once a pilot books a JS to/from work and then it's taken this policy should apply. I would not advocate this policy for personal use, only to/from work.
additional IVDs and opportunities
SIT pay that's greater of scheduled or actual. EDP works that way but for some reason it's not currently for SIT pay.

- No JV scope exemption for Mexico, Canada, Caribbean.
- 5:15 or block, whichever is higher for EVERY day. Not the average across the rotation.
- Hotels should not preference chains. It leads to business style hotels instead of boutique hotels.
- “downtown” hotel wording should change. Downtown is not always the nice area in a city, especially domestically.
- Button in MiCrew to have scheduling call you, or at the minimum a callback feature.
