Agreed, no counter for drops. Put a counter on silver slips.

PD is only one of about a dozen ways to drop a trip / clear a schedule anyway.

But SS needs a leveling mechanism (and no the WS limit doesn’t work)

There should be one holiday list. If you can’t exercise an APD, it’s holiday pay. Credit for training/vacation should be 5:15.

If it's one of the APDs that has additional restrictions - 2x holiday pay.
