Higher rates, pay banding in the NB fleet (as I've illustrated before) are things we should really go after this round. I would not like us to use negotiating capital on improving soft pay this time around.

Maybe they remember to pay it to you maybe not. Then you have to go fight for it. Rates are rates, X hours * rate = your pay. It's simple formula. They can't jack with it.

I’d prefer pay banding of NBs but I know how that really upsets some people.

Something I found interesting. The scheduling chair posted on FB that the company would prefer we burn our PB days, rather than let them become vacation. Kinda let's you know that they have no issues throwing money at the problem, as long as they get your availability.
Outside of reroute, I've gained very little from many of the soft pay items. I'm with HK, I'd rather we focus more on rates, pay per day, more vacation, etc...
