lol, isn’t EDP literally paying you for your “time worked?” I’ll be pushing for lowering the EDP trigger in C26.
I think we should expand fly now, grieve later exceptions

Maybe they remember to pay it to you maybe not. Then you have to go fight for it. Rates are rates, X hours * rate = your pay. It's simple formula. They can't jack with it.

Higher rates, pay banding in the NB fleet (as I've illustrated before) are things we should really go after this round. I would not like us to use negotiating capital on improving soft pay this time around.

I’ve never had EDP, Sit, or Holiday pay paid incorrectly.

I’ve been paid at the wrong rate before though

Anyone have any data on which fleets see the most pay errors? I'm willing to bet single pay rate fleets don't get their pay screwed up as much as multi rate fleets. I'm sure pay banding the NB's will alleviate some of the incorrect pay issues.

I've had SIT messed up when it's a part of a reroute.

That’s my point, I want to see at the very least a single pay rate per fleet.

I’d prefer pay banding of NBs but I know how that really upsets some people.

...And bring the 717 and the 220-100 up to the 220-300 rate...

Outside of reroute, I've gained very little from many of the soft pay items. I'm with HK, I'd rather we focus more on rates, pay per day, more vacation, etc...
Soft pay was great when it first came out but they’ve done a great job at fine tuning these rotations to have you work just long enough and sit just long enough to not get EDP/Sit.
