While I don't see much SIT pay, I constantly see EDP (ATL320). Average about 5-7ish hours of EDP a month. It's been pretty consistent, but I'm sure that's fleet/ base dependent.

"Lots," all 6ish hours so far this year. Better than a kick in the shin, but not exactly a pay raise for all. I'm glad we have it, but I'd rather it stay as is and pour capital into something that pays everyone more.

"Lots," all 6ish hours so far this year. Better than a kick in the shin, but not exactly a pay raise for all. I'm glad we have it, but I'd rather it stay as is and pour capital into something that pays everyone more.
i’m sitting at 9 hours of soft pay for the month without doing anything but flying the same schedule i did on the old contract. i ain’t mad at it

Same here. NB CA. Most months 2-8 hours depending on how much I worked. Same trips, more pay.

No reason to be mad at it. But for every one of you, there is a pilot getting zero, or very little. Good to have it, but a raise for everyone it is not.

One could assert the lack of soft pay is built into the higher WB pay rates
