My suggestion is only a way I think might improve the trip coverage response time in a way that still keeps the previous order of awarding trips intact. I think changing the order of coverage, or getting rid of OOBWS would be a mistake.
If we were to get rid of OOBWS (which likely benefits people who live in base and want GS) then I would think a reasonable expectation would be that positive space commuting would be implemented along with it, or relaxing of the commuting policy.
For the record I don’t think we should get rid of OOBWS or take concessions to solve this problem.

I'd give up auto accept within X hours for all white slips, but not OOBWS in its entirety. Boo!!!

Asked this before, but didn't get any answers since it was at the end of a page. Trying again...
Question about 25-05 and the sick call stuff. It says sick lookback will be suspended dating back to beginning of July 2025 bid period until the completion of the QS and the MiCrew app. On the day that happens... is there any chance the company will do a "we didn't think they'd do that" and tell us that the sick lookback is now back on AND it includes all the sick a pilot used during the time it was turned off as opposed to all of that counting as zero time used? So instead of starting at zero (or anything before July 2025 that is still out there), the company just loads up everything that a pilot used during the time of noncompliance. Just Monday morning quarterbacking this thing and trying to see how it will play out in ways the union hadn't thought. Is this codified somehow or is this a possibility?

This was asked on FB and a few union guys responded that this is addressed and a non-issue.
However, we all know the company can disregard black and white language and somehow get a arbitrator to do the same. Were good in theory, but who knows what actually happens.
