I think farming is ridiculous and that short notice trip coverage needs to be improved, but the extent of my concerns, especially in light of MOU 25-05, stops there. The chips have fallen where they have fallen, and now it's time to advocate for a solution in the next contract, not with another MOU. To do that now, with one already pending implementation, would be the height of lunacy.

Are you suggesting that 23M7 is being triggered more often during the OOBWS step than during the WS step? Curious to see data to back this up.

Anecdotal. I had a WS and a OOBWS for trips last week. There were way more people with OOBWS in and with auto accept on than those with just WS. It's also easier to have a OOBWS in because every one is a proffer and setting up proffered WS is a lot time consuming

Depends on the base. In my category, ATL M7 mostly goes to in base farmers and about half of DTW m7...also goes to ATL farmers. It is funny when you do get an ATL M7, nearly half the first page of ATL717As check your schedule. Weirdos.🤣
