Yes I agree, but you are not taking into account that the distribution of funds is completely out of wack, and that this is causing a lot of angst among the pilot group and is absolutely causing division. What the result of this will be is anyone’s guess, but the longer it goes on the more untenable it will be.
Management thrives on pilots being divided. They may even stand a chance of winning significant PWA concessions / taking more money out of pilots’ pockets if they succeed in dividing us. Having some patience will go a long way for everyone here.

That's management's dream.

Waking up night after night while the QS calls with a batch size of 200, all so a couple people at the top of the category farm 23m7’s for doing nothing is going to get old very quickly for a lot of sleep deprived people. I do not think this MOU is going to placate the pilot group for very long, but we shall see. Maybe I am wrong.

I would support auto accept going away. This is not me or anyone for that matter saying it should be for free. For all the people saying that if we didn't want it to give it away, what would we accept or propose, THAT is the definition of negotiating in public. I expect my union, the ones with a very impressive E&FA team to determine how much this is costing the company and come with with a solution valued at that plus a convenience charge. That's called leverage and how you use it

now, it is a chicken-or-the-egg situation where large batch sizes caused pilots to start auto-accepting, but if the company quit doing large batches, you wouldn’t pull your auto accept, so we’re stuck with that delay, irrespective of “crew scheduling training and staffing” and batch sizes.
I don't have a blanket out of base stuff in though. Just an in base GS with auto-accept. I think it's the blanket OOBWS causing the most problems imho.

Funny. Because it’s best for the pilot group to make a handful of pilots millionaires per year than to spend that same money on list wide gains.
Speaking of “the optimizer” which some have claimed doesn’t exist while simultaneously claiming it’s always existed, I would rather all of the iCREW ninja scam money be redirected to reducing the effects of the optimizer. We all gain from that. And I don’t want to give one penny savings to the company only to the pilots in a more universal way. So how is that “RG”?

I don’t out of base white slip myself, so I could be missing something with this question. But how would the majority of pilots feel if you could only get an out of base white slip awarded 36 or more hours prior to report?

I made the suggestion earlier that OOBWS should be removed from the 23.O ladder completely

Plus OOBWS goes before SC in 23.O.
So I would not be in favor of your suggestion.
