Again, you get M7 for a 3 day, you should be ineligible for any more for the next 3 since you were already harmed those 3 days and were paid for it.
my observations since Dec is they seem to have corrected that. Haven’t seen 23m7 from GS step of coverage in my catagory. Seems they mostly bail on coverage during OOBWS.

Wanting senior to exercise their seniority without exploiting loopholes that negatively affect the rest of the seniority list is not watering down or abrogation of seniority. Bidding all "Gucci" trips on your line is within the intent of our PWA. Farming M7, is not. Not by the company or the pilot group as a whole.
The intent of 23M7 was never what it has become today. Without the company exploitation of 23M7 there is no farming. The intent is absolutely irrelevant now. This will be fixed during section 6 but to say it needs fixing because of cheese movement isn't a valid argument. If 23M7 goes back to true emergency coverage and there is a solution for premium call outs besides the failed ARCOS system this fixes itself. Loopholes are being exploited on both sides. To address just the pilot "fairness" is not an acceptable solution. Enforcement of the IA counter (which IS ALREADY part of the PWA) is the first step.

Nah dawg, you wouldn't like it. 3 and 4 legs every day, 11 hour JAN layovers every night.

I imagine this AE will be small as we are getting closer to summer.

I'd guess AE tomorrow, based off past practice. Pius the 60-day window to break seat locks for MSP 220 expired today.

Can you remind me how the AEs apply to new hire vacancies again? Are they valid for some period or is this just for a certain effective date?

Very broadly…any spots open after the AE closes are eligible to be assigned to new hires.
