You should have said "Thanks for all you do", and let him figure out all trip if you meant it or not.

To be honest I didn’t think twice about it until I read this thread. Figured he was just making a joke about trip coverage these days.

FA told me the blowup last week was the pilots fault. A dispatcher friend told him. In my mind all I was thinking how my price just went up dealing with FAs constantly thinking all their problems are the fault of pilots.

Also the less Ps next year will be our fault. It’s all linked and nothing will change, until a year or two after he new contract is signed.

When a noncon coworker complains about lower profit sharing due to pilot contract costs the proper response is "You 're welcome for profit sharing".

Leveling premium results is less money going to the pilot group. Most will be senior one day.

I realize that many pilots here think that they are entitled to everything day one but that's not how the industry works.

How long have you been at Delta? How old were you when you were hired?
imagine unironically posting this without realizing every examples you mention is of something that is not a straight time trip is is leveled

-premium at DL has been leveled for decades. SS undid a quarter century of precident.

-vacation bidding is leveled

DALPA even “leveled” the payscale by eliminating the b scale.

Are you talking about LTD or military?

I realize that. There is a world beyond Delta, just so you know and everything that happens here isn't necessarily the best way to do things.

How much better is the instructor pay at UA and AA compared to our SLIs? And what do people mean by “instructor protections”?
