Okay, I’m on board the SS leveling train. I thought about it for a little bit and I guess it makes sense.

We should level by premium hours credited

Have it be on a rolling year basis.

GS, SS, QS. Every time you work extra is tracked.

Premium should go by seniority at the beginning of the year and then as it’s worked the person who is eligible and has not gotten any premium (or has the least amount) should go to the front of the line for the next time premium is available.

AA gets 6 hours per event. 15 events for 90 hours per month. Any additional events get an override

UA is pay protected to what they can hold up to a320/738 CA pay

anxiously awaiting your idea

I am also open to the company (or you). financially guaranteeing me the opportunity to drop my entire schedule and only work 3 silver slips and 23m7 when I get to be senior.

I think the current system is just fine. Just need to eliminate silver slips.

Nobody owes you anything.

What idea? Keep it as is. I wouldn't be opposed to silver slip leveling, but not all this whacky leveling across all premium for an entire year stuff.

Based on this statement, am I right in assuming you're not a commuter? The middle ground here is to keep SS but make the leveling changes others have mentioned. As a permanent commuter, SS are valuable to avoid playing the close-in premium game. Also as a very senior B, I'm all for leveling.
