I couldn't care less about what the FAs get or don't get* and I'm not taking them in account at all. I just don't particularly care about DHing around in FC unless it's across the ocean, despite what UA/AA has, and I don't want to waste negotiating capital fighting to get it especially when the company is going to get all bent out of shape about it and extract an unreasonable amount for it. I really don't care about the company's feelings and am willing to hold their feet to the fire, but let's be real, some battles are worth fighting and some aren't. Give us actual DH rules, give us C+ and no middle seat, even if it's last second, give us a pay penalty otherwise. They can keep FC. I don't need the extra orange juice on my DH for ATL to IND.

Again, as someone whose 6 of 13 legs this month were DHs.

*I care about the FAs, but when it comes to pilot negotiations, they're pilot negotiations.

You should be subject to a DH transcon in the middle seat in row 34 then. I think you'll change your tune. Doesn't matter what you think, It's what the larger pilot group thinks, and personally I vehemently disagree with you on this and the polling data does as well. Our DH language sucks. Period. It needs to be improved upon.

100%. What’s even worse is knowing that the guy you quoted has previously been involved in negotiations, on the ALPA side. Good riddance.

United’s language (or better) is the only acceptable DH standard for our next contract.

Well I suggest you read what I wrote because I'm clearly talking about first class DHs. I've been on a transcon in a middle seat ATL SEA on my way to ANC and it was terrible. Our DH rules do suck and absolutely need to be changed. I think few are contesting that.

Was in the Atlanta pilot lounge today; didn't see a single C2026 bag tag swag (excepting my own, of course).

I've got my bag tag on, but was hoping for a lanyard. You won't see me in ATL, except training unless I made a bidding mistake.

Im hoping mine arrived while I was out on a trip. But I’ve been rocking the bright yellow pen and the new koolaid tag.

Mine are on.
The code word is “nice tag/sticker”
Standard apc response is the shocker.

Just got back from a 4-day. Every pilot I saw had it on their bag and every bag I saw in the lounge both in NYC and LAX had it.
