Why would you tip shame? Why do you care so much? It's only $2.
Surely you see the circular argument here. Does it matter or doesn't it?
I'll always tip $2. $1 per bag. The professionalism argument makes sense, and I agree with it.
But you can't go saying that $2 isn't a big deal and then go make a big deal about $2 and expect folks to make it make sense.

Did a 6 day with 2 millennial FO's....over those 6 days neither one of them reached for a tip for the bus/van drivers. Granted not as bad as the Gen Z, but I only have a few data points for them as they are mostly not on the WB fleets. Plenty of Millennials though, I would say the earlier part of that cohort are reasonable. It's the ones near the end of the cohort that are very much like Gen Z.

Can we create a new ageist thread for the dwindling 25% of Boomers on the seniority list to list their vices vs the other 50% of Delta pilots? Gen X can moderate.

Them's fightin' words. HK's statements would obliterate a cockpit environment if spoken out loud. Hell he even outright threatened it with "think I'm going to start tip shaming you".
This **** is already crossing the line and I have no idea how tip culture and video games got this thread here.

Absolutely. I've had Delta pilots destroy CRM with the first words they spoke on a trip. HK is one of those types. I'll agree that I probably wouldn't say that in person because offline I'm mostly a well-balanced person who tries to get along. In other words, I'd never tip shame an FO.
