This is the horrible side of interviewing, the waiting. I did not pass the psych dude back in 1997. If you interviewed with the female you will pass. The best advice I can give for guys in the future: Their is gouge out there for the MMPI if Delta is still giving this exam. GET IT. It is not worth the suffering of not getting hired. I personally work at a better place and have been a Captain for over four years, can't complain about that.

I got the "held up email" on Mon. 3/10. Looks like they had a decision board last week based on the info so far. Somebody earlier said the board also met the end of Feb. So do we know if it's a "once a month" type thing or do they meet as needed when they have a bunch of pilots to review? dragon, update us when you hear something!

Got the call also...
...today that I was cleared by the board. Interviewed mid Feb., "you're nuts" e-mail 26 Feb., called today. Letter says they hold a board when the folks who do it are available and when they have enough packages to review. Arnie told me there were 7 on this board, I think it was 4 positive and 3 negative but could be off by one. Good luck to those waiting for the yea or nea.

that would really stink if you somehow missed the board this time. It seems to be more often than once a month though, because I think some folks heard from them around the end of Feb., so maybe it's every two weeks or so right now due to the high interview numbers. Thanks Dragon, good luck to you.
