I don't think your analysis is correct.
With the additon of 50 snb management can access 40 76 seat jets. They have to have the 50 seat fleet reduced by 111 from the current level. With 63 snb management can access 50 76 seat jets and has to park 141 50 seaters...and so on with the 1.25 ratio.
They can't access 76 seat jets without taking snb and parking 50 seaters except as provided in the timeline of 1.b.40. Once the 50 seaters are parked the DCI fleet is capped at that number, and the block hour ratio prevents mainline from shrinking when DCI doesn't.

27 for the first 10
27 for the next 10
28 for the next 10
29 for the next 10
yup, 111 for the first 40
30 for the next 10
31 for the next 10
46 for the next 10
107 for the next 30
217 TOTAL
125 permitted at final 76-seat count of 223
342 total RJs reduced to 125. That's a gain.
Cheers

There is a section that deals with new aircraft. If you wanted the best price from someone perhaps you don't advertise your interest. In any case look for a announcement before the vote.

A buddy of mine sent me a text "The more I think about it the whole scope thing really ****es me off. ALPA's whole argument for rj's is that it feeds mainline. But now Delta, and it seems ALPA, are pushing for more RJ's as need for getting the 717 or 319. You're trying to tell me that we need more 76 seat jets to feed the 110 seat jets we are going to get?"
Ok. Now I'm dizzy. Sailing and Slow, cut it out.
Supposedly we'll be above WN's current 737 pay in 2015 with this turd... at 216.92 vs. their 216.22. 12 year 777 CA rate= fdx's in 2015.
Wait, what?? If SWA pilots are getting 216.22 and they contribute 10% to their 401k, they are still getting paid 216.22, their hourly rate does not change. Then you add the additional contribution to the 401k that the company adds, and their total goes to
236.76.
If we are making 216.92, and we get 15% added to the DC, that would be that 249.46 that you mentioned.
If you are going to consider 401k pay as total compensation, for them you have to do it for us too.. so the gap isn't nearly as big as you are trying to sell... almost $13... 3 years from now.
And at that payrate WN pilots get zero in retirement contributions. Delta guys will have 15%. With WN's max contribution (9.3% matching, requiring a 10% pilot contribution) their hourly rate is $194.60, and a total cash compensation rate of $236.33. The Delta total rate will be $249.46.

Nothing against Dci pilots. Hell, I was one. Just irritated that we had to "meet and confer" in the first place.
