That is the billion dollar question. I would love for dalpa to prove that what they sent us is what was called for in the survey. I would, however, bet money they can't back up what they sent.
Now that the TA has been approved by the MEC there is no reason to withhold the survey results anymore. No more chance of "showing our cards" that they kept using as an excuse.

As far as the TA not containing "what was called for in the survey". Just because it's in the survey doesn't mean it is going to be in the TA. Lets assume the survey showed an average DOS raise of 40% with 10/10/10. Would you honestly expect the NC to come back with such a home run package. The NC brought to the pilot group as much as they believed could be extracted from the company under the current circumstances and situations. You are living in fantasy land if you expect the TA to mirror the results of the survey. They used the survey for guidance as to how to slice the pie but management is only willing to give us so much pie to cut up.

You're absolutely right, but the "union" is clearly saying that we will NEVER see those survey results. Not just maybe later, but NEVER.
I said this right after the survey was announced, and was inundated with public and PM's stating that I was smearing DALPA, and that my blind rage against DALPA was making me say things that would not happen.

Why do we need to see the survey results? If everybody asked for total restoration and the company is offering way less.... What is the point? If we were surveyed again today, we'd probably get different numbers. I thought it would be interesting to see them also, but it is now OBE.
Ultimately it's a control thing. We can't have the peasants realize the mighty OZ is really just smoke and mirrors. If they truly negotiated on all of our behalf they would agree to show the survey results after an agreement is signed. I agree we don't need to see it until then, but they should be at least agreeing to publish it after everything is done.

Not with the current loop hole of after 2200 reports not falling under the new average daily guarantee (look at the LAX 73n MCO 3 days paying 10:300 which takes 7.1 days to get ALV. And who doesn't think they won't push back some of the red-eyes that report before 2200 to report after 2200. I'm sure anyone on a red-eye won't know or won't care if it takes off at 2215 or 2301. These trips will not be improved by this TA.

that's correct. now the question I have is why did they do that? I'm guessing they want to try to trade them 2:1 for the 76 seaters. That would equal about 70.

And those 50 seaters will stay in the DCI system. They are some of the youngest 50 seaters in the DCI fleet. It's all part of the planned shuffle. If the TA is voted down, they still have them locked up through 2020.

If Delta had wanted to, they could have let nature take its course and then 142 CRJ2's would be gone. If they are the newest, they could have given them to another carrier and retired some older jets.

No they could not have. Delta owns the jets. Had 9e liquidated, Delta would still be obligated to pay the leases. Then they would be paying for parked airplanes.
